Text walkthrough

Prerequisite: Sign in with an account that has access to the area shown in the tutorial.
- Open the CMS page
Open the required CMS page and switch to the media area in its page settings. - Choose the media area
Decide whether the asset belongs in the hero, gallery, or inline-media slot. - Select hero or gallery media
Open the media browser and choose an asset with a suitable subject, format, and maintained alternative text. - Configure its presentation
Set crop, size, visible item count, and click behaviour for the selected media slot. - Save the assignment
Save the assignment. The selected media ID must remain associated with the intended slot. - Verify the front end
Verify the page on desktop and mobile, with keyboard navigation, and with the resulting alternative text.
Checkpoint: After the final step, reload the target page and confirm that the expected state remains active.
Common errors: If a control or record is missing, first check permissions, the active language, filters and whether the preceding step was saved.
