Managing CMS content
The Content CMS bundles page tree, page settings, editor, media and publication. Administrators maintain pages and languages without directly editing product files or database tables.
The CMS surface
The work surface consists of three connected areas:

Page tree, folders and languages
- Select the desired language and then the destination folder.
- Create new folders or pages in the technically appropriate position.
- Folders set common guidelines for rights, content template, hero and gallery; parent Then set the folder.
- Move pages only if navigation, inheritance and linguistic assignment continue afterwards.
- Before deleting, check whether navigation, media, links or language siblings are still using the page.

Side settings

| Permalink | Stable URL path. A later change may invalidate existing links. |

| Description, SEO Title and Robots | Control search result, browser/social title and indexing. |
Create new pages with the correct folder, title, permalink and template. Only after the content and rights check actively switch.

Editing content in the editor
The editor supports headings, paragraphs, lists, links, tables, media, approved Bootstrap components, module inclusions and dbx range markers. Use semantic formats and the intended components instead of replicating layout with blank lines or copied Office formatting.
- Existing

- In HTML source text mode, do not insert scripts, free event handlers or page-exclusive CSS applications.
- After major changes, check desktop and mobile view.
Hero, gallery and inline media
Media are managed centrally and then assigned to a page and a role:
- Hero: large side image with its own height, variant and presentation.
- Gallery: multiple sortable images with defined size and click behavior.
- Inline: images, videos or downloads actually embedded in the editor content.
- SEO/Social image: Preview image for search engines and social networks.
Do not guess free file paths. Always select media via the CMS media management, maintain alt texts and use image variants suitable for the visible size.

Multilingualism
Language variants belong together via their common language identity. Before synchronization, check whether a destination page is allowed to follow automatically or is deliberately maintained manually. Control title, permalink, content, SEO data and media assignments after each translation.
Store, review and publish
- Control page settings, content, media, language and rights.
- Save and wait for a successful feedback.
- Open front-end preview and test links, modules, forms, hero, gallery and mobile view.
- Check SEO title, description, robots and social image.
- Only then actively publish the page.
